Job Description:
A company is looking for an Integration Support Analyst to
implement and support integrations across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve data-related issues between systems, including
data mapping and quality
Monitor integration flows to identify issues and performance
bottlenecks
Provide technical assistance to users and maintain documentation of
integration processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field
5+ years of IT experience in an integration support role
Experience with integrations involving systems like Okta,
Salesforce, and HANA
Knowledge of data formats and web services including REST, SOAP,
XML, JSON, and CSV
Ability to analyze data flows and manage small integration
projects
