Overview of Job Function:
The Solution Consultant is a subject matter expert in Customer
Engagement Cloud related technologies and opportunities. The
Solution Consultant - Cloud Sales is responsible for supporting
cloud-related opportunities as assigned and for creation of
cloud-related content to be used by account teams. The role is
focused on helping build SaaS into the fabric of our Sales
organization.
In this role the Solution Consultant will run the sales engagement
through the presales process which includes: delivering value-based
product demonstrations for customers, partners, and prospects,
leading customer discovery sessions, delivering POCs, and building
a compelling business case that is aligned to customer's use case
to drive revenue and customer success.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the expert communicator and presenter with prospects and
customers covering service-level details of the Verint Cloud
offer.
+ Effectively demonstrate of Verint Cloud's impact to business
agility and ROI.
+ Develop Verint Cloud adoption roadmaps for specific customers
based on knowledge of their capabilities and goals.
+ Provide context for product variations between deployment
types.
+ Provide Security and Compliance related materials to prospects
and customers while working closely with InfoSec/CISO to adjust
content and materials for effectiveness and completeness.
+ Develop customer-specific strategies and alignment with
marketplaces and partner resources.
+ Continuously explore new ways customers are consuming the Verint
Cloud product suite for product development, and best practices to
create new models for consumption and selling.
+ Work collaboratively on cross functional teams to continually
provide feedback on ways Verint can improve product functionality,
consulting services, training offerings and sales collateral, demo
content and messaging.
+ Where required, provide continuity through the hand off phase to
services to ensure the customer's expectations are met.
+ Serve as a role model; mentoring the sales team, transferring
skills/knowledge for solution selling as it relates to our Verint
Solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Technology or equivalent work
experience.
+ 5+ years of experience in selling and positioning technology
products and software solutions in a high touch, consultative
selling environment; with a proven track record of success with 3
years of experience in SaaS.
+ Excellent communication skills to effectively present to a wide
range of audiences, including an ability to communicate business
and technical concepts clearly, effectively and convincingly
through presentations and demos.
+ Strong account planning and management skills, including mature
negotiation skills
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence
credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization,
including executive and C-level
+ Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on
customer needs
+ Ability to discuss, understand, and work within complex projects
and processes
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying
strict attention to detail
+ Strong ability to collaborate and influence effectively across a
matrixed organization
+ Self-motivated and a team player.
+ Successful completion of a background screening process
including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal
search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug
screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and
local regulations
+ The ability to obtain the necessary credit line required to
travel.
+ Preferred Requirements:
+ Relevant network certifications such as AWS CSP, Azure
Fundamentals, CompTIA Cloud+.
+ Prior sales experience and account penetration of a global
scope.
