TOP Reps are earning $90 - $110K per year The Role : You’ll engage
with homeowners who are already interested in enhancing their homes
through a trusted West Coast brand. These are warm leads—you’ll
showcase our exceptional service, build rapport, and secure their
appointment with confidence. Average yearly Salary : $65K - $90K
per year [No cap on earning potential!] Note : $25/hr during
TRAINING; $22/hr COMMISSIONS after TRAINING. HIRING BONUS : Receive
a $2500 hiring bonus after 90 days of employment Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role with schedules that grow
as you do. Performance matters here. Strong results in efficiency,
revenue, and call handling can unlock new opportunities, including
eligibility for remote work after 90 days. After training, you’ll
kick off with a weekend-focused schedule ( Saturday Sunday ) and
enjoy two consecutive weekdays off to recharge. Our Woodinville, WA
Support Call Center runs Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and
weekends from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., offering steady hours and a
clear path to flexibility. Training is ONSITE Monday thru Friday on
site in Woodinville, WA. Applicants must be residing in Washington.
Work Location after TRAINING : Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid
work environment after training. Choose to work in person at our
Corporate Office or remotely [provided you have a dedicated,
distraction-free workspace]. Scheduling options are
performance-based, so strong results can unlock greater
flexibility. Requirements: 2 years of previous Customer Service
skills (phone or in-person) - SALES experience is a BIG plus!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Enjoy helping
others - customers and your fellow team members [It's a friendly

team-oriented work ethic Ability to multi-task and work in a
high-stress/fast-paced environment. [Heading into a busy season]
Computer savvy and familiar with Outlook, MS Teams, and CRM
databases [We use ServiceTitan] Must have the ability to type
quickly to capture phone conversations and data [You'll be taking
notes for the customer files] Excellent attendance is mandatory.
