HR Administrator (Leave & 401k) Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to manage employee leave of absences and assist with 401k administration. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with all leave regulations and supporting employee retirement benefits. Responsibilities: Administer all types of employee leaves (FMLA, ADA, short-term disability, long-term disability, personal leaves, etc.), ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies. Communicate with employees regarding their leave status, eligibility, and required documentation. Coordinate with managers, payroll, and benefits providers to ensure accurate leave tracking and pay. Maintain accurate and confidential leave records. Assist with day-to-day 401k plan administration, including participant inquiries, contribution processing, and data reconciliation. Support annual 401k audits and compliance reporting. Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding leave and 401k inquiries. Qualifications: Proven experience in HR, with a focus on leave administration. Familiarity with federal and state leave laws (FMLA, ADA, etc.). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with 401k administration is a plus. Location: Vancouver, WA - Onsite position Salary: $70,000-80,000 Timing is everything.
