Facilities Director Location: Vancouver, WA (Onsite) Salary:
$115,000 - $130,000 A mission-driven public organization is seeking
a Facilities Director to lead operations across a diverse portfolio
of buildings and vehicles. This is a key leadership role overseeing
facility maintenance, fleet coordination, and a dedicated team-all

operations, and project execution Supervise and support facilities
and janitorial team members Manage vendor relationships, work order

coordinate vehicle usage Develop budgets and guide long-term
facilities planning Qualifications: Extensive facilities management
experience (multi-building environments preferred) Strong
leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and
vendor coordination abilities Comfortable with both strategic
