Job Description:
The Nurse provides independent, comprehensive patient care in a
clinical setting, demonstrating clinical judgment and long-term
planning skills.
Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning,
intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social
needs while administering treatments and medications safely.
Documents patient information accurately and educates patients and
families about care and resources.
Ensures safety, quality care, and compliance with healthcare
regulations, while managing unit operations and patient flow.
Maintains clinical standards, manages equipment, and processes
medical orders efficiently.
Requires a BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS certification, and 1
year of related experience.
Work schedule varies; full-time position.
