This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner
Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market
strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the
business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed.
Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth
of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they
provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build
innovative solutions for their most complex challenges. AWS is
seeking an enterprise technical sales manager to manage a team of
sales professionals and grow customer adoption of our End User
Computing (EUC) on AWS services and solutions. AWS EUC services
work backward from the needs of customers to provide a broad array
of Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) services that deliver secure,
performant and flexible access to data and applications from any
place on any device for every worker type. AWS EUC includes the
WorkSpaces portfolio of solutions including WorkSpaces Core,
WorkSpaces Personal, WorkSpaces Pools, and WorkSpaces Secure
Browser. As the AWS EUC Services Specialized Sales Manager, you
will have the opportunity to deliver on our strategy to build mind
share and adoption of AWS solutions for Amazon WorkSpaces,
AppStream, and other EUC workloads across our most strategic
existing and new customers. The Sales Manager will own, operate and
define strategy for the multi-country territory of End User
Computing customers by managing a team of sales executives. You
will be responsible for building and developing the team, setting
priorities and direction, driving revenue and user adoption, and
ensuring new customers select AWS as their cloud provider for End
User Computing solutions. You’ll be responsible for the EUC sales
motion, which includes; identifying EUC customers & opportunities,
qualifying & building pipeline, driving EUC solution discussions
with customers, partnering with our Solution Architects to validate
technical use cases, helping our teams guide successful customer
implementation of the solution, and responsibility for the overall
sales cycle and business goals. By establishing and growing
business and technical relationships, and managing the day-to-day
interactions with these stakeholders, you will be responsible for
driving top line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption
and value. Key job responsibilities The sales manager will align
closely with go-to-market strategy and business development leaders
who are driving strategic support, co-programming, and portfolio
engagement to help drive top and middle of funnel outcomes and
accelerate seller cycles in the field. You will also work with
cross functional leaders and teams in our generalist selling
organizations marketing, solutions architecture, and business
development to implement a consistent coverage model, go-to-market
strategy, and goals for the AWS startup business. Key job
responsibilities - Lead a Customer Obsessed business - Hire,
develop and manage a team of specialist sales executives - Lead the
team with engagements with CxO, Digital Workplace directors, and
End User Computing technical decision-makers - Develop long-term
strategic relationships with territory sales leaders and key
accounts - Accelerate customer adoption by developing a
comprehensive sales and business plan, driving well-developed sales
engagements and successful GTM Strategy - Drive revenue and market
share while meeting/exceeding revenue targets. Maintain a robust
sales pipeline. - Represent the EUC business internally to geo
Sales and Business Executives and leadership, Service Team
Leadership, and WW business teams - Partner with cross functional
teams across Solution Architecture, Business Development,
Marketing, Partners, and Training and execute customer acquisition
programs and strategies - Define and drive operational processes
and excellence with sales teams - Manage contract negotiations -

of technology sales, or 10 years of management experience - 7 years
of sales team management experience - 5 years of Go-To-Market,
Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience - Bachelor's
degree, or 7 years of work experience - Industry experience selling
Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) or Virtual Desktop Infrastructure(VDI),
Application virtualization. - Experience working with and
presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses
across organizations or equivalent - Experience working with or
having knowledge of cloud computing and existing cloud technologies
- Experience building new customer relationships, closing sales and
generating revenue - Experience managing complex projects and/or
programs within a matrix environment - Experience managing large
Enterprise customer accounts across a global territory. Amazon is

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales
incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors
including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also
