Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis Location: Bellevue / Hybrid Salary Range: $170,000 - $190,000 Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for SaaS, innovation, and data-driven decision-making? This hybrid position, based in Bellevue, presents an exciting opportunity to drive business-critical insights in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. As Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis , you will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to lead financial planning processes, enhance forecasting capabilities, and deliver actionable strategic insights. This role is critical in supporting high-visibility initiatives, including board reporting, fundraising efforts, and key go-to-market strategies. Overview of the SR Manager FP&A role: Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning in collaboration with executive and functional teams. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, resource planning, and decision-making. Analyze KPIs and SaaS metrics to drive actionable insights and optimize pricing and go-to-market strategies. Support capital planning, corporate development, and scenario analysis, while enhancing board and investor reporting. Improve FP&A tools and systems (Adaptive, Workday, Salesforce, Kluster) to increase reporting accuracy and efficiency. Preferred Qualifications for the SR Manager FP&A: MBA from a top-tier program and a bachelor's in Finance, Economics, or related field. 6 years in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or venture-backed tech environment. 2 years in investment banking or strategic finance (tech/M&A preferred). Advanced Excel skills with strong modeling, forecasting, and data interpretation abilities. Skilled in navigating ambiguity, influencing senior leaders, and presenting complex financial insights. Proficient in financial systems such as Adaptive, Workday, Salesforce, and Kluster.
